SHIPPING POLICY
Shipment timeframe
Abayatul Niyyah strives to ship all orders timely. We want you to have your new piece(s) just as much as you want them!
All orders are estimated to ship between 1-3 business days and expected to deliver within 3-5 business days. If you are looking to receive your order sooner, expedited shipping is available at checkout for an additional fee. Local pickup is also available
Lost/Stolen orders
Unfortunately we live in a time where porch pirates have increased in volume. To ensure you receive your order, Abayatul Niyyah offers signature upon delivery. If you are unable to retrieve your package, it is rescheduled for the following business day. Please contact us if you believe signature upon delivery will be a conflict for you.
Address changes
Once your order has been shipped, changes such as address conflicts will not be accepted. Please double check your information at checkout. If there needs to be changes after your order has been confirmed, please contact us within 1 hour. After the timeframe for order changes has expired, there isn't a guarantee that changes needed will be honored.
